Method 1
Use "Forestadent NiTi molar uprighting spring + two TADs"-- the posterior TAD prevents molar extrusion.
Method 2
Once we use sliding jig and bone screw (TAD) to pull the posterior teeth back, the problem we face with is first molar distal tipping.
Occasionally, I found this method could upright molar efficiently.
The method was following:
When we tip back the tooth distally, how could we upright the molar?
Use TP plus horizontal slot + 0.014 NiTi (or 0.016 NiTi, or 0.018 NiTi)
After 3 months, #16 had been uprighted easily and surprisingly!
